Who we are

Western Commercial Funding is a private company located in Eastern, Washington. We are in the business of purchasing accounts receivables from companies, invoicing the client's customers (account-debtors), and then collecting the accounts directly.

Information we collect

When you come to the Western Commercial Funding site, you may complete a simple qualification form that includes certain personal and financial information about you and/or your business including your name, phone number, business information, e-mail address and income.

Limited distribution of personal information

At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the Pre-Approval Application will be sent to Western Commercial Funding. After our authorized agents receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone, email or other communication.

Western Commercial Funding may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you affirmatively respond to the promotional offer. At your request, Western Commercial Funding will not send you any information or offers unrelated to your request for financing.

Western Commercial Funding may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this data DOES NOT include any of your personal identifying information.

Brokerage Commission

The WCF website that you have inquired to has been developed and marketed solely to increase prospective Clients of Western Commercial Funding. In the event that a prospective Client contacts WCF through the internet and visits this website, then the Brokerage Commission owed by WCF of ten (10%) percent of the net factoring fees earned on funds advanced each month will be passed along to the client and will be added to the fees charged the client each month. Said commission will be calculated from the total cash receipts posted by WCF each month. All Clients who contact WCF by or through this website shall be responsible to pay this commission. These fees will also be disclosed in the above-mentioned Factoring Agreement.
